Welcome to Bear Dumpster Rental. Our main focus for our dumpsters is for Residential and Commercial services. Below outlines: Prices, sizes, terms and conditions, prohibited items and agreement of service.
All dumpster rentals are for 5 days of use. Each day afterward carries an additional charge. Rental starts the day we drop off, and will be picked up 5 days later, unless the customer notifies for additional days.
14 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpsters: $350 for 7 day rental.
Includes 2,000 lbs of use
Max 5,000 lbs capacity
$25 each additional day
$0.04 cents a pound exceeding the 2,000 lbs given with rental price
20 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpsters: $450 for 5 day rental.
Includes 4,000 lbs of use
Max 7,000 pounds capacity
$25 each additional day
$0.04 cents a pound exceeding the 4,000 lbs given with rental price
Bear Dumpster Rentals wants to inform customers of responsibilities and duties of rental agreement. Due to State laws and regulations, we have outlined very important standards to follow.
-Dumpsters may not be filled past the top rail of the dumpster by State Law.
-Dumpsters may not be moved or pushed at any time.
-Drop off spots have to be on level ground.
-Any drop off spots off roads, driveways or gravel paths have to be confirmed by the customer. Some drop spots may be denied by Bear Dumpster Rentals at any time due to safety or trucks/trailers getting stuck. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by dumpsters in drop off spots that were specified beyond our normal drop areas.
-The customer assumes responsibility for cleaning or removing dirt and rocks tracked on streets or roadways of muddy drop spots.
-The customer warrants sufficient location that can bear weight of all equipment and vehicles.
-The customer agrees that Bear Dumpster Rentals will not be responsible for damage to any pavement, walkways, lawns, or concrete needed to perform services.
-Any damage to dumpsters could occur a fee.
-Weight limit may not be exceeded per dumpster rented. Max weight will be labeled.
-Customer required to sign delivery of dumpster and start of service.
-If we come out and the area is not safe for drop off, the customer will be charged $75.00 for non service and time.
-At any point Bear Dumpster Rentals can terminate service if terms and conditions are not being honored.
-Weight must be distributed evenly throughout the container.
-Customers are required to use dumpsters for use intended.
-We are not responsible for improper use of the dumpster, including but not limited to: people climbing in and out and falling or hurting oneself or causing injury or even death.
Items below are Not to be put in dumpsters, including but not limited to:
-NO Hazardous waste!!
-Gas -Propane
-Paint/Aerosol cans
-Ammo
-Oils
-Flammables
-Batteries
-Hot Ashes/Coals
-Asbestos materials
-Medical waste
-Animal carcasses of any kind
-Liquids of any kind
-Herbicides/Pesticides
-Contaminated Soils
-Appliances with Freon
-Radioactive material
-Tv’s
-Tires (Unless we are aware, extra charge)
-Computer monitors
-Extremely heavy items (dirt, rock, concrete, asphalt) better options for this removal
-Toxic or corrosive materials
14 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster:
Customer agrees to pay $350 (base fee) for the 14 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster which includes up to 2,000 lbs of materials as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer.
Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
Additional days of use over the 5 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
20 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster:
Customer agrees to pay $450 (base fee) for the 20 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster which includes up to 4,000 lbs of materials as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
Additional days of use over the 5 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
All Dumpster Rentals:
Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the disposal site for items outlined on any of Page 1-4 on contract.
Please read carefully Prohibited Items.
This Bear dumpster rental includes 5 days of rental starting day of drop off.
If the container is needed longer than the 5 day rental period, please notify the office and confirmed days are billed at $25 per additional day for dumpster rented.
Bear Dumpster Rentals has the right to deny rental past the 5 days if the dumpster is scheduled for another customer.
Payment is due for base price at time of drop off. This payment is between $350-$450 (We have outlined the cost above). Any extra prices will be added to the credit card after service, or billed additional after service. Extra payment due 10 days after pick up.
We accept: Credit card, Check, or Cash, and all payment apps.
Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions for the rental of described services.
This signature also states you read and understand all (4) pages of rental terms and conditions.
